Filing a referral

Initiation of proceeding before the Constitutional Court is made by filing the referral in writing with the Court. For filing of the referral must be used the Referral Form. The referral is addressed to the Secretary General should include the date of submission and must be signed by the person filing it. The referral may be submitted in person, by mail (letter) or by e-mail.
