The Court did not refer to the facts or allegations of this case, as the Referral was filed by an alleged representative, who did not prove to have the power of attorney to file this Referral with the Court on behalf of J.H.

The Court requested the Applicant’s alleged representative to submit to the Court the power of attorney for representation in the proceedings before the Court.

The alleged representative did not respond to the Court’s request.

The Court concluded that the Applicant’s Referral does not meet the procedural criteria for further review, because it was not completed with supporting documentation and therefore, it summarily rejected the Referral.
