The Bulletin of the case-law of the Court for the period April – June 2023 has been published

The next periodical Bulletin of the case-law with summaries of most important judgments and resolutions issued by the Court during the quarterly period April – June 2023 has been published on the website of the Constitutional Court.

With a view of making the nature of the decisions of the Constitutional Court as clear as possible for the readers, the judgments and resolutions have been classified according to the allegations of the applicants, based on the specific articles of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

The periodic Bulletin of the case-law of the Constitutional Court is a document that is prepared and published by the Secretariat of the Court every three months for informational purposes only.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.
