A delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, headed by its President, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, has travelled today for an official visit in Rome, at the invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Italy.
 
The purpose of this visit is the exchange of mutual experiences on protection of constitutionality, addressing of the constitutional complaints, and further deepening of good relations and cooperation between the two counterpart courts.

In the framework of this visit will be held also a joint seminar between judges of the two constitutional courts, whereby the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, will deliver a speech on the topic: “Kosovo’s model of constitutional review”.

Speakers at this seminar will also be the Vice President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Ivan Čukalović , as well as the international Judge of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Snezhana Botusharova.

During the course of the visit in Italy, apart from having meetings with the judges and the President of the Constitutional Court of this country, Prof. Franco Gallo, the President of the Supreme Court of Italy, Dr. Giorgio Santacroce, for the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and President Hasani has also been reserved an official audience at the Italian Parliament.
