Enver Peci

Judge

Enver Peci was appointed judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo on 12 December 2022.

Judge Peci graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina in 1983.

From 1987 to 1992, he worked as a judge in the Municipal Court in Mitrovica, while from 1993 to 2000 he continued his engagement as a lawyer.

From 2000 to 2002, Judge Peci was again engaged as a judge of the Municipal Court in Mitrovica, while after this period he was appointed judge in the District Court in Mitrovica, where he worked until 2010.

In February 2010, Judge Peci was appointed judge in the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Chair of the Kosovo Judicial Council.

After handing over the office of the Chair in March 2016, Judge Peci continued to work as a judge in the Supreme Court of Kosovo until 15 September 2017, when he was decreed President of the Supreme Court with a seven (7) year mandate.

In addition to his professional engagement as a judge in courts of all instances, since 2004, Judge Peci has served and continues to be a qualified trainer at the Kosovo Judicial Institute.

The mandate of Judge Peci at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo is nine (9) years.

Judge Peci is married and has 2 children.
