The Applicant alleges that the Judgment [Rev. No. 207/2018] of 7 August 2018 of the Supreme Court, which declared as ungrounded his request for revision, was rendered in violation of his fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by Articles 24 [Equality Before the Law] 31 [Right for Fair and Impartial Trial], 32 [Right to Legal Remedies] and 54 [Judicial Protection of Rights] of the Constitution.

After considering the Referral, the Court noted that it could not review the allegations raised by the Applicant because of the non-fulfillment of the 4 month deadline provided for in Article 49 of the Law and Rule 39 (1) (c) of the Rules of Procedure.

Therefore, the Applicant’s Referral was declared inadmissible because it was submitted out of the four 4 month legal deadline.
