The court did not refer to the facts or allegations of this case since the referral was filed by an alleged representative who did not prove to have the power of attorney to submit this referral on behalf of Q.B., F.G., T.M., Z.B. and B.B.

The Court had requested from the alleged representative to submit to the Court the power of attorney for representation in the proceedings before the Court.

The Applicant failed to respond to the Court’s request.

The Court concluded that the Applicant’s referral did not meet the procedural criteria for further examination, due to having not been completed with supporting documentation and therefore the Court summarily rejected it.
