The Applicant in the Court alleged that the Constitutional Court, by rejecting his previous Referral KI104/17, upheld the violations committed by the regular courts. In this case, the Applicant requested the Court to review and reassess the allegations raised in the first Referral KI104/17.

In conclusion, the Court considered that the present Applicant’s Referral is, in fact, is a repetition of a previous Referral already decided by the Court. Therefore, pursuant to Rule 32 (5) of the Rules of Procedure, this Referral was decided by the Court to be summarily rejected.
