The Referral is based on Article 113,7 of the Constitution, Articles 20, 22,7 and 22,8 of the Law, and Rule 56 (2) of the Rules of Procedure, The Applicant, among others, claimed that the right to property and the judicial protection of rights have been violated, The Court concluded that the Applicant’s referral was submitted beyond the four months deadline, Due to the abovementioned reasons, the Court, pursuant to Article 113,7 of the Constitution, Article 49 of the Law and Rule 36 (1) b) of the Rules of Procedure, decided to reject the Referral as inadmissible
