The Applicant filed the Referral based on Article 113,7 of the Constitution, claiming that his constitutional rights have been violated because his right to pension was denied by Pension Administration of the Republic of Kosovo, Among others, the Applicant claimed that the right to judicial protection of rights was violated, The Court determined that the Applicant’s Referral was out of time, namely it was not submitted to the Court within the time limit as provided by Article 49 of the Law, Due to the abovementioned reasons, the Court, pursuant to Article 113,7 of the Constitution, Article 49 of the Law, and Rule 36 (1) b) of the Rules of Procedure, decided to reject the Referral as inadmissible
