The Court published updated Forms and Guidelines for submitting referrals

On the website of the Constitutional Court, the updated versions of the Form and the Guidelines for submitting referrals for individuals (KI), as well as the Form for submitting referrals for state institutions (KO) have been published.

The updated Form and Guidelines for submitting referrals for individuals (KI) and the Referral Form for state institutions (KO) have been compiled with the aim of facilitating the access of the applicants to the Court, taking into account the experience of the Court’s administration officials so far with the referral forms submitted by the authorized parties and the lawyers representing them, and the issues identified when filling out the form.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
