The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo will celebrate the Seventh Judicial Year by a solemn ceremony, which will take place in Dyar room at Swiss Diamond Hotel in Prishtina, on Wednesday, 26 October 2016.

The ceremony will commence at 17:00 hrs and is expected to be attended by highest-rank state officials, accredited representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations in the country as well as highest-level delegations of the Constitutional Courts of Albania, Macedonia, Turkey, Croatia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Montenegro and of the Supreme Court of Albania.

The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaçi, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Isa Mustafa, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Kadri Veseli, and the Minister of Justice, Mrs. Dhurata Hoxha, will address an occasional speech to the participants attending this ceremony.

After the solemn ceremony, on the occasion of the establishment anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, the first International Conference on “Incidental control as a constitutional mechanism in ensuring the constitutionality of laws in the countries in transition” is scheduled to take place in Dyar room at Swiss Diamond Hotel, on Thursday, 27 October 2016, commencing at 09:30 hrs.
