The Court did not refer to the facts and allegations of this case, as the Referral was filed by an alleged representative. who did not prove to have a power of attorney to file the Referral with the Court on behalf of L. K.

The Court requested the alleged representative of the Applicant  to submit to the Court the power of attorney for representation in the proceedings before the Court.

The alleged representative did not respond to the request of the Court.

The Court concluded that the Applicant’s Referral did not meet the procedural criteria for further consideration due to its incompletion with supporting documentation and therefore, it summarily rejected the referral.
