The Court did not refer to the facts, or to the allegations of this case, as the Referral was filed by an alleged representative who did not show any power of attorney to file this referral on behalf of the “Ena” factory.

The Court requested the Applicant’s representative to submit to the Court the power of attorney in the proceedings before the Court.

The Applicant did not respond to the Court’s request.
