The Applicants filed their Referral based on Article 113,7 of the Constitution, claiming that their constitutional rights have been violated by health care institutions of the Republic of Kosovo because equal access to health care services was not provided to them, During the proceedings before the Court, the Applicants’ representative informed the Court that the new facts had emerged and that the Applicants were not in a position to proceed with their Referral, After ascertaining that there are no special circumstances concerning the protection of the constitutional rights of the Applicants, the Court, pursuant to Article 20 of the Law and Rule 32 of the Rules of Procedure, decided to strike out the Referral
