On Monday, 10 March 2014, a public hearing will be held at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo on the Referral KI187/13, whose subject matter is the “Constitutional review of non-execution of Judgment of the Appellate Panel of the Supreme Court for Kosovo Property Agency, GSK-KPS-A-001/12, of 8 May 2012, and the Decision of Kosovo Property Claims Commission, no. KPCC/D/A/114/2011, of 22 June 2011”.

The Applicant as well as the official representatives of the Kosovo Property Agency (KPA) have been invited to attend this hearing.

The public hearing will start at 10:00 hrs. The doors of the Courtroom will open at 09:30 hrs for reception of the interested citizens and the media.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
