We hereby inform you that on Tuesday 28 December 2010, starting at 11:00 hrs the President of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani on the occasion of the end of year will hold a press conference on the work of the Constitutional Court during 2010.
The press conference shall be held in the library hall of the Constitutional Court, at “Perandori Justinian” Street, n.n. in Prishtina.
All the media are welcome in this conference and in the reception following it.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
