A delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, led by the President of the Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, and Judges of the Court, will travel to Kosovo in an official visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
The purpose of the visit is to hold a joint Conference between the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, with the topic of “Entities which activate the Constitutional Courts, and practical matters raised by each case”.
The Conference will be held in Prishtina, on 2 November 2010, at the room C301 of the Assembly of Kosovo, starting at 10:30 hrs, and will be focusing on experience sharing and discussion on the current challenges tacked by constitutional courts of both countries.
