The Bulletin of Case Law 2022 is published

The Bulletin of Case Law of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo for the year 2022 has been published on the Court’s website.

The Bulletin contains 20 judgments issued during 2022, among others, regarding the rights to a fair trial, privacy, property, equality before the law and the powers of local self-government.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
