We would like to inform you, that upon the invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey on April 22-24 2010, the delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, headed by the President of the Court, Prof Dr. Enver Hasani accompanied by his associates will take part in the marking of the 48th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Turkey.
Amongst others, for the delegation of Kosovo there will be hosted a special reception and meeting with the President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey, Mr. Hasim Kilic.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
