The Applicant alleges that the Judgment of the Appellate Panel of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court on Privatization Agency of Kosovo related matters ASC-09-0084 of 12 September 2012 violated the rights guaranteed by Article 24 [Equality before the Law] and Article 31 [Right to Fair and Impartial Trial] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo (hereinafter: the Constitution) in the case of, as alleged by the Applicant, non recognition of the right to annual interest on the amount of the compensation for a damage caused by fire, For all the aforementioned reasons, the Court is satisfied that the facts presented by the Applicant did not in any way justify the allegation of a violation of the constitutional rights and the Applicant did not provide evidence that her rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution have been violated by the regular courts
