The Constitutional Court opens its page on the social network “Facebook”

In order to improve communication with the public and for easier access of citizens and the media to the latest information regarding its work and activity, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has opened its official page on the social network “Facebook”.

Through its page on “Facebook”, the Court aims to open a new window of communication with the broader public, after the opening of the official account on the “X” social network (https://twitter.com/Const_CourtRKS) earlier this year.

In order to be more closely informed about visits, official activities and most important decisions of the Constitutional Court, from now on, all those interested will have the opportunity to do so by following the Court’s official page on “Facebook”: https://www.facebook.com/GjykataKushtetuese

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
