The Court did not refer to the facts or allegations of this case, since the Referral was filed by an alleged representative who did not prove to possess the power of attorney to lodge this Referral on behalf of A.K., K.K., B.K., F.K., and A.K.
The Court had requested from the Applicants’ representative to submit to the Court the power of attorney for representation in the proceedings before the Court
The Applicant did not respond to the Court’s request.
The Court came to the conclusion that the Applicant’s Referral does not meet the procedural criteria for further review due to the incomplete documentation, namely the lack of supporting documentation and therefore rejected it by a summary procedure.
