At the invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, led by the President, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, stayed on an official visit to Tirana on Friday, 20 October 2017.

The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo was invited to attend the solemn ceremony of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, as well as the international conference organized on this occasion on the topic: “Europeanization of the Constitutional Law and the Constitutionalization of the European Law – the challenges of the future”.

The President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, was one of the main speakers of the Conference, where she had a presentation on the topic “Europeanization of the Constitutional Law of Kosovo: Legal basis and practice of the Constitutional Court”.

During her stay in Tirana, President Rama-Hajrizi also met with the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, where the topic of discussion was, among other things, the development of the joint projects and the advancement of mutual cooperation between the two counterpart courts.
