A delegation from the Conseil d’Etat of France headed by the President of the Report and Studies Section, Mrs. Maryvonne de Saint Pulgent, shall visit the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo on Monday, 9 March 2015.

French delegation headed by Mrs. de Saint Pulgent shall be received by the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani.

The meeting shall be held in the Office of the President of the Constitutional Court starting at 10:00 hrs.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
