A delegation from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Albania, headed by Minister Nasip Naço, shall visit the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo on Tuesday, 3 February 2015.

Minister Naço and the delegation of the Ministry of Justice from Albania shall be received by the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani.

The meeting shall be held in the Office of the President of the Constitutional Court starting at 10:00 hrs.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
