On Friday, 21 October 2011, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, shall receive for an official visit the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Dedja, and the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Branko Naumoski.

Judge Prof. Dr. Xhezair Zaganjori is part of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Albania, whereas Judge Ismail Darlishta is part of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Macedonia.

The joint meeting shall be held in the Office of the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, starting at 10:00 hrs.

A press conference shall be held following the meeting.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
