The Constitutional Court opens its doors to citizens on the Human Rights’ International Day

The Constitutional Court will organize the activity “Open Court Day” on Friday, on 9 December 2022, marking thereby the Human Rights’ International Day.

On this day, all citizens, especially law students, representatives of the legal community and other visitors shall be given the opportunity to visit the building of the Constitutional Court and to get more familiar with the Courtroom, the Library and the premises in which the judges and officials of the Court work, as well as be directly informed about its history, its work to the present day the constitutional competencies of this institution.

This visit for the interested citizens will be organized in compliance with the accommodation capacities of the premises of the Constitutional Court and in groups of no more than fifteen (15) persons at a time. The visits will be organized every hour, between 10:00 and 14:00hrs, while the maximum duration of the visit will be forty five (45) minutes.

Before visiting the Court, all visitors whose age is over 16, must have with them and submit at the reception an official identity document (student card, identity card or passport).

During the visit, visitors will have the opportunity to take photos only inside the Courtroom and in the courtyard of the Court.
