Publication of summary of presentations and speeches delivered at the XIV Judicial Year Solemn Ceremony and International Conference

The summary of the speeches and presentations delivered at the solemn ceremony of the XIV Judicial Year and the International Conference on the topic: “The contribution of the Constitutional Courts to the protection and strengthening of the fundamental values of democracy, the rule of law and fundamental human rights and freedoms”, organized in Prishtina on 23 and 24 October 2023 was published on the website of the Constitutional Court.

The texts published in this edition are authorial works of presidents and judges of the constitutional and supreme courts from Europe and the USA, as well as internationally renowned jurists in the field of human rights and constitutional justice, who participated in the ceremony marking the anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court.

All speeches and presentations have been published with the permission of the respective authors and the views expressed therein do not reflect the positions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
