The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo in cooperation with the Supreme Court and with the support of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) organizes a workshop on the topic: “The Impact of the Decisions of the Constitutional Court on the Decisions of the Supreme Court, including the Decisions of the Lower Courts and the Issue of Enforcing the Decisions of the Constitutional Court”, which will be held on Tuesday, 11th November 2014, and on Wednesday, 12th November 2014. 

This workshop, organized as a continuation of regular meetings and good institutional cooperation between the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Kosovo, aims at further exchange of experiences between the judges of both courts with regard to obligations deriving from the judgments of the Constitutional Court and their implementation.

Speakers and moderators of the workshop which will take place in Mavrovo, Macedonia, will be Prof. Dr. Ulrich Karpen, professor of Public Law at the University of Hamburg, and Prof. dr. Matthias Hartwig, professor of the Constitutional Law at the University of Heidelberg in Germany.
