On Tuesday, 16 October 2012, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Prof. dr. Enver Hasani, will receive in an official visit the Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. sc. Mato Arlović.

The meeting will take place in the Office of the President of the Constitutional Court starting from 11:00.

Judge Arlović will stay in Kosovo in the capacity of the representative of the Constitutional Court of Croatia in the ceremony of the Third Judicial Year of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
