Pursuant to Article 115.2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the Constitutional Court of Kosovo has published its Annual Report for 2011.

The Annual Report for 2011 was adopted at the Administrative Session of the Constitutional Court, held on 5 March 2012.

The report can be found at the official web page of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo: www.gjk-ks.org.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
