This is to inform you that, Pursuant to Article 115.2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the Constitutional Court has the honor to publish its second Annual Report for 2010.

The Annual Report for 2010 was adopted at the Administrative Session of the Constitutional Court, held on 11 May 2011.

The report can be found at the official web page of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo: www.gjk-ks.org.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
