A delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, headed by its President, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, shall travel today for an official visit to Austria.
The delegation of the Constitutional Court shall stay in Austria from 7 – 11 February and it will have numerous visits and meetings in judicial institutions of the host country.
The exchange of experience and expansion of cooperation with Austrian judicial institutions is considered very useful for the work and development of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
