A delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, headed by its President, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, shall travel today for an official visit to Sweden.
The delegation of the Constitutional Court shall stay in the Kingdom of Sweden from 25 – 27 January and it will have numerous visits and meetings in judicial institutions of the host country.
The exchange of experiences and expansion of cooperation between judicial systems of Sweden and Kosovo is considered very useful for the work and development of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
