At the invitation of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, has travelled to the Israeli City Haifa, on Sunday, 14th of October 2018.
She has been invited to attend the 4th International Seminar for Judges, on the topic: “The critical role of the judiciary in combating trafficking in human beings”, which will take place in Haifa, on 14-18 October 2018.
President Rama-Hajrizi is also one of the main panelists of the seminar, on which occasion she will deliver a presentation on: “The role of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo in the protection of the victims of trafficking in human beings“.
The 4th International Seminar for Judges, which is organized by the Israel’s Agency for International Development and Cooperation (MASHAV), in cooperation with Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Israeli Ministry of Justice and Israeli Institute for Advanced Judicial Studies every year gathers judges and presidents of courts from countries all over the world with a view to exchange experiences and best practices for strengthening the rule of law.
