President Caka – Nimani hosted the Minister of Justice of Austria, Mrs. Alma Zadic

The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Gresa Caka – Nimani, hosted the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Austria, Mrs. Alma Zadic, who was accompanied in the meeting by the ambassador of Austria in Kosovo, Mr. Georg Schnetzer.

After thanking her for the visit, President Caka-Nimani informed Minister Zadic about the work of the Constitutional Court so far, the important decisions and the impact these decisions have had on the state organization and strengthening of the rule of law in the country, as well as about the implementation of the judicial practice of the European Court of Human Rights in the decision-making process.

She expressed her gratitude for the continuous assistance that the Austrian Government has provided to the Republic of Kosovo in various sectors, especially in the rule of law and democratic development, emphasizing the very good relations of cooperation with the Constitutional Court of Austria and the support that this court has offered to the Constitutional Court of Kosovo in its efforts for membership in international professional forums.

Minister Zadic expressed her support for the work of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and confirmed the willingness of the Austrian Government to continue supporting all the processes that Kosovo is currently going through.
