The alleged Applicant filed a Referral with the Court, claiming that the regular courts violated the rights of Mr. K. N. guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

The Court in this case considers that the alleged representative did not provide the information and did not submit the requested documents as requested by the Court. Therefore, the Court concluded that the referral was incomplete. In sum, the Court concludes that the Referral should be summarily rejected in accordance with Rule 35 (5) of the Rules of Procedure.
