On the basis of the case file, it results that the Referral was filed by Bejtush Isufi, as the alleged representative of the Company R. I. GMBH based in Hamburg, in which the representative of the Referral requests the constitutional review of Judgment AC-I-13-0067-A0001 of the Appellate Panel of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court on Privatization Agency of Kosovo Related Matters, of 22 August 2019.

The Court notes that the alleged representative had not submitted to the Court the power of attorney to represent Company R. I. GMBH before the Constitutional Court.

Therefore, the Court has twice addressed letters to the alleged representative requesting from him to submit to the Court the power of attorney by which the Company R. I. GMBH had authorized the alleged representative to represent it before the Court.

The Applicant failed to respond to the Court’s requests.

Therefore, the Court decided to reject the Referral of the alleged representative, pursuant to Rule 35 (5) of the Rules of Procedure.
