The applicant filed a referral against the Supreme Court Decision whereby the municipal and district courts’ decisions for allowing payment of compensation from the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) as e right to applicant’s pension, were annulled, The applicant claims that his right to a fair and impartial trial and his property right were violated, The Constitutional Court Decided to reject the referral of the applicant as on the grounds of inadmissibility with reasoning that the referral of the applicant is time barred as it was filed after the deadline of 4 months as foreseen by the law and as such the applicant cannot be considered to have met the admissibility criteria
