The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, on Monday 15 October 2012, shall receive for an official visit a delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Lithuanian delegation is represented by Judges, Dainius Zalimas and Pranas Kuconis.

The meeting shall be held in the Office of the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, starting at 15:00 hrs.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
