The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani, shall stay in Budva, Montenegro, from 25 to 27 May 2012, to take part in the 9th Southeast European Gathering, organized according to example of Morning Prayers in the USA.

The President has been invited to take part in this Gathering by the Montenegrin Parliament Prayer Breakfast Group, which is held with the support of the members of the US Congress this year.

During his stay in Montenegro, President Hasani is expected to meet high state officials and politicians from the region and wider.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo was established in January 2009.

With its authority to review legislation and individual complaints of rights violations, the Court is the ultimate check on legislative and executive power in Kosovo and the final arbiter of the meaning of constitutional provisions enshrining human rights and freedoms.
