Pursuant to Article 114, paragraph 5, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, in its session held on 14 May 2012, elected its current president Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani to serve for another term as President of the Constitutional Court.
President Hasani will commence his new term as President of the Constitutional Court on 26 June 2012, when his first mandate will expire.
